TAKE NORTHERN STATE PKWY EAST TO MEADOWBROOK PKWY SOUTH TO OLD COUNTRY RD EAST. AT END OF RAMP BARE RIGHT. WE ARE LOCATED 1.5 MILES ON THE RIGHT IN THE SOURCE MALL.

FROM MANHATTAN:

TAKE THE CROSS ISLAND PKWY SOUTH TO THE SOUTHERN STATE PKWY EAST TO THE MEADOWBROOK PKWY NORTH TO OLD COUNTRY RD EAST. MAKE A RIGHT ONTO OLD COUNTRY RD. WE ARE LOCATED 1.5 MILES ON THE RIGHT IN THE SOURCE MALL.

FROM THE HAMPTONS:

TAKE THE SUNKEN MEADOW PKWY WEST TO THE SOUTHERN STATE PKWY WEST TO THE MEADOWBROOK PKWY NORTH TO OLD COUNTRY RD EAST. MAKE A RIGHT ONTO OLD COUNTRY ROAD. WE ARE LOCATED 1.5 MILES ON THE RIGHT IN THE SOURCE MALL.

FROM NEW JERSEY:

CROSS THE GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE & THROGS NECK BRIDGE. TAKE THE CROSS ISLAND PKWY SOUTH TO THE GRAND CENTRAL PKWY EAST (TURNS INTO NORTHERN STATE PKWY) TO MEADOWBROOK PKWY SOUTH TO OLD COUNTRY RD EAST. MAKE A RIGHT ONTO OLD COUNTRY RD. WE ARE LOCATED 1.5 MILES ON THE RIGHT IN THE SOURCE MALL.

                                    Free Round of Golf

Congratulations to all of those volunteers who have qualified for the free round of golf, please let us know if you have qualified and your name does not appear below.  

Please read the guidelines carefully to insure your recieve your free round of golf.

1.  You may redeem your round Monday thru Friday
2.  Your tee time can be anytime after 12 (noon)
*You may start to redeem your complimentary tee time immediatley unitl December 2008

Please follow the instructions below to reserve your tee time:
1.  Call the ticket office at Eisenhower Park for a registration, or walk up to redeem your complimentary round.
